The gallery artMbassy presents works by Aldo Giannotti at the Preview Berlin art fair: Opening: 27th September, 6 – 10pm Art fair duration: 28.9. – 1.10.2007 , 1 – 8pm PREVIEW BERLIN Booth 44, artMbassy Airport Berlin Tempelhof Hangar 2 Columbiadamm 10, 12101 Berlin BERLIN-ROMA On the occasion of opening the showroom in Rome, the gallery artMbassy presents mainly Italian artists at the PREVIEW BERLIN art fair 2007. Their exhibits deal with the space of art and its spectator in their site-directed work. The overall concept and idea of the exhibition is to integrate the spectator through active and passive participation as well as interaction on and around the booth, and in this process becomes a piece of art himself. The artwork extends its effect beyond the stand: on the basis of its performative capacity it engages with the venue's environment, or even with the urban city life. The booth exhibition is curated by Carolin Koechling who accompanied Chiara Erika Marzi establishing artMbassy's new branch office in Rome.
